  • We have various payment options for hassle-free online payment transactions
  • For Pre-Payment – Customers can opt for Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI and Paytm
 

SHIPMENT DELIVERY TIME:

Domestic Customers

  • All orders are processed packed within 3 to 4 working days- but due to covid 19 situation, there might be delay in the delivery of orders
  • You can expect the delivery within 7 – 8 days
  • For remote locations, it may take up to 15 – 20 working days for shipment delivery
  • Order deliveries are made from 10 am – 7 pm Monday – Saturday (excluding national holidays and festivals)

 

ORDER RELATED:

Order Cancellation

  • For safety reasons, orders cannot be canceled and refunded once the order has been placed.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

Out of Stock Products

  • Leeas Nutra Cosmetics Online Store is always one step ahead in updating the product inventory and make minimum chances for getting the product that is out of stock
  • If the ordered product went out of stock, we will contact you at the earliest & will dispatch the shipment as early as possible. However, hold orders may get delayed in delivery
 

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • All Domestic orders shipped from the Pune warehouse and will take their respective time in delivery
  • Worldly Goods are required to be signed for at the time of delivery. If the consignee is not physically available at the time of delivery then please suggest any alternate person i.e neighbor, family member, friends, colleagues, etc. However, Leeas Nutra Cosmetics is not responsible for the goods signed by an alternate person.
  • Leeas Nutra Cosmetics Online is not responsible for any damage after delivery
  • For any complaint related to damage and shortage needs to be reported within 2 days after delivery
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The final shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and the consignee will know about the charges before making payments
  • Goods may move or shift whilst in transit – product may shift to one side, stoppers may stick to the top lid, items may move within gift boxes. Returns will not be accepted in any of these cases where the issue is due to movements in transit
